Fall Soccer – Blue Mountain Youth Soccer League is upholding their original fall schedule and deadlines. Unfortunately, with the NO ACTIVITY directive from the diocese, we will not be able to provide a commitment for our soccer teams with BMYSL. Participation through other municipalities may be available. Those that have registered for soccer have been issued a refund to the original form of payment. If there are any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your continued patience and support at this unprecedented time.

Update on fall CYO sports: According to the diocese, all activities continue at a NO ACTIVITY status, therefore programs will not begin without diocese approval. We will continue to keep you updated with the status of girls’ volleyball and cross country as information is communicated.
Parents and Athletes,
The OLPH CYO board trusts that everyone is staying healthy. We have experienced many changes over the last several months and have been following the diocesan, league, and state best practices and guidelines in regards to sports.
While we do not know for certain what the fall athletic schedule will look like, we must do everything we can to prepare for the start of fall sports. There will be best practices put in place for a healthy and safe return to competitive action and play for both CYO and Blue Mountain Youth Soccer League sports.
We are presently opening all registrations (cross country, girls’ volleyball), continuing to stay informed by the diocese as to when we can resume CYO activities. If you are planning on registering for any fall sport, please do so as quickly as possible so we can gauge interest, as the committed participation level will assist in determining the feasibility of the sport.
If for whatever reason, the sport is cancelled, a complete refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Thank you for your continued dedication to the OLPH CYO.
The Protecting God’s Children™ Program for Adults was purchased to educate every priest, employee, and volunteer who works with children about the harms of child sexual abuse and what they can do to prevent it. The Safe Environment Coordinator organizes the training sessions as well as administers the web-based online system that tracks who has been trained. The system provides follow-up information and reinforcement to facilitators and to participants who have been trained.
The Protecting God’s Children™ program is a three-hour video presentation. Any adult volunteer who comes into contact with children for more that 15 hours a year is required to attend this program. Workshops require PRE-registration. Past attendees are eligible to sign up for ongoing bulletins from Vitrus.
